Gold breaks open at the seam
And spills across the sleeping blue
Night loosens like a fading dream
As morning burns the world anew

Sunset Over the Ocean

The horizon melts to copper fire
As daylight slips through open sea
The waves hold on then sink and tire
While dusk unthreads what used to be

I open where the light can reach
With trembling hands and steady breath
What once was hidden now can speak
And turns to growth in living depth
